Malcolm has worked with International companies and has a proven track record within the industry providing quality services to his clients and meeting the client’s demands for excellence.
The team will review your systems that you have in place, streamline the process and develop your organisation safety culture through partnership. Malcolm has developed practical solutions for several leading companies worldwide: Engie, Alstom, GE and Marubeni.

Our team has been assessors for NVQ & SVQ’s for over 35 years and has set the standards that many companies now follow. We will support your organisation in the development of your training systems and streamline where necessary to improve the company training development structure.
Our aim to make the assessment of your staff, develop your training plans and reduce the overall costs where possible by carrying out in house assessments. (your own training in most cases meet the necessary standards)
As part of our services we are able to provide root cause analysis training, this can be beneficial when you have audit points to close out and or accidents in the work place, our team can provide the necessary training and back up help.
Fire Assessment, Training and Staff Development: Roman Schenk & Olaf Fischer
Roman & Olaf are both professional firefighters from Germany with a combined experience of 45 years as professional firefighters, team leaders and fire chief posts. Roman and Olaf are fully trained paramedics and first aid Instructors. Both of the Fire Chiefs are certified professionals who will carry out your fire risk analysis and assessments, Health and safety Services offer full firefighting training or refresher training to your staff.

Hand arm vibration is and has continued to be a factor in work related compensation claims throughout the years, we focus on the practical assessment of your equipment and how best to manage the workers who are potentially exposed to the HAV’s (hand arm vibration).
